摘要：In this talk, we will introduce the background of $r$-hued coloring of graphs and some of its applications. We will also report the recent progresses in this direction of research, including the bounds of $r$-hued chromatic numbers in different classes of graphs, and some of the methods to investigate $r$-hued colorings.
