内容提要：

A spectral sequence is very important concept in mathematics. We introduce the spectral sequence in this talk. Since a filtration of a differential graded modules give a long exact sequence, we make a spectral sequence of the filtration. By considering several examples of spectral sequences, we will derive some interesting problems. Using the spectral sequence, we can calculate the (co)homology of bi-graded modules. Immediately, we can find the first and the second homology of bi-graded modules which is very important for cyclic homology. Finally, we show that Tor is independent of the variable resolved. We will also consider some interesting recent mathematical problems.
